I used the Osmo Pocket 3 from the day it was released and it quickly became one of my favourite cameras to carry every day. When the Osmo Pocket 4 launched I upgraded almost immediately, mainly because of the addition of true D Log.
Having a genuine log profile gives me much more flexibility when colour grading and makes it far easier to match footage with my main camera. It keeps the Pocket 4 feeling like a serious filmmaking tool rather than just a compact travel camera.
It is the camera that comes with me when I want the smallest possible setup without sacrificing image quality or when I'm worried my slightly larger purpose built ZV-E1 won't be accepted into an event or any other situation. It fits in a pocket, starts recording in seconds and has captured some of my favourite moments simply because I always have it with me
